What is the return policy?

Cookies are made by hand using shared equipment, which process dairy, peanuts, soy, tree-nuts, wheat and gluten. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination. WE ARE NOT an allergy-free bakery.

How do I store my cookies?

Cookie Care:

Our Cookies are made fresh and are not packaged with preservatives. With that being said, each cookie is heat sealed for maximum shelf life, meaning they will remain fresh for 5-7 days before the start to change in texture and taste.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cookies are BEST when eaten within 3 days of arrival.

Store your cookies in a sealed airtight container at room temperature.

When storing cookie, use wax or parchment paper to separate the layers to prevent them sticking together.

Avoid storing in cool temperatures like a refrigerator as it will dry out your cookies.

How do I enjoy my cookies?

Cookies are always better warm! (Duh!)

(Follow these heating instructions if you want your cookies crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside)

Step 1.

Remove cookies from bag and place on a baking tray

Step 2.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then bake cookies for 5-8 minutes. Toaster oven is ok as well. Microwave is not recommended, but still am option for warming (30 seconds max)

Step 3.

Enjoy your deliciously warm cookie. 🍪

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We ship with USPS.

How do pick ups work ?

We offer local pick up options for customers who would rather not have their cookies shipped. Pick ups are arranged at Pittsburg High School(CA) parking lot during off hours for convenience and easy access.

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation and confirm the pick up location, date, and time. When you arrive, simply provide your name/order number and we'll hand off your fresh cookies.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
